Code of Conduct

Thank you for selecting Santa Maria Town Center for your shopping, dining, and entertainment destination. We strive to offer you a delightful and enjoyable shopping experience. Please respect our code of conduct and comply with local laws and regulations to maintain a respectful environment for all guests.

  1. Fighting, harassment, insults, rude gestures, provoking conflicts, and any disruptive behavior of any nature are prohibited.
  2. Groups of four or more juveniles are prohibited and will be dispersed.
  3. Wear appropriate clothing.
  4. Weapons of any type are prohibited on mall premises.
  5. No smoking or vaping.
  6. Please refrain from blocking access to store entrances, mall entrances or corridors. Do not run. Skateboarding, riding bikes, scooters or any similar activities are not permitted. Loitering is prohibited.
  7. Solicitation, distribution of literature, social promotions, or use of the property for any purpose other than shopping is prohibited without permission from the management of the mall.
  8. No pets (except service animals).
  9. Observe all Federal, State and Local Laws. Use of alcoholic beverages is restricted to designed areas. Please refrain from defacing or damaging mall property. During regular school hours, unaccompanied minors will be asked to leave the mall.
  10. Please refrain from shouting, making loud noises, or using indecent language. When listening to music, please use headphones.
  11. Please dispose of all trash in designated receptacles. Littering is prohibited.
  12. Benches and chairs are for sitting only. Please do not sit on the tables or arms of the chairs.
  13. As of 8:00PM Monday through Saturday or 6:00PM on Sundays all mall visitors other than those patronizing the movie theatre are required to leave the mall property.

Santa Maria Town Center is private property, and the Code of Conduct may change without advance notice. Security Guards are responsible for ensuring adherence to the Code of Conduct and may impose supplementary regulations as needed to preserve mall harmony and the well-being of the mall.

Please follow these Rules of Conduct. If you do not, we may ask you to leave and stay away for a specified period. You may also be subject to prosecution for violation of applicable laws and ordinances.

Santa Maria Town Center Parking Policies

NOT PERMITTED – ALL VEHICLES

  1. Loitering in the vehicle or parking lot
  2. Parking in time limit areas for longer than the posted time limit
  3. Vehicles parked on property after 2am will be cited for overnight parking
  4. Parking in red zones
  5. Parking that blocks ADA ramps or paths
  6. Parking the opposite direction of traffic
  7. Parking on curbs, sidewalks, on top of rocks, or in planters
  8. Parking in any areas not properly marked as a parking zone (ie must be parking in a loading dock delivering, an ADA space, electric vehicle designated parking, motorcycle parking, or a marked parking space. All other parking is prohibited)
  9. Commercial/Oversized vehicles that do not fit within the marked parking lot spaces; Parking outside of a marked space, in multiple spaces, or in areas hindering traffic is prohibited.

NOT PERMITTED —DELIVERIES/VENDORS

  1. Deliveries parking anywhere except for loading docks (receiving zones) and all deliveries must go through the loading docks and back corridors (ie nothing through the entrance doors or through the Center). Parking in loading docks for more than 15 minutes without prior approval from security/management.
  2. Bringing pallet jacks or pallets into the property common areas, mall entrances, or anywhere with tile
  3. Propping any doors open during deliveries
  4. Delivery trucks can park along the side and wait for receiving zones to clear for use, as long as no other parking policies above are violated.

ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING (EVC) STATIONS

  1. Electric Vehicle Charging parking is two hours maximum before citation.
  2. Vehicle does not need to be occupied if owner is shopping/dining nearby
